Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in our e-commerce system.
- Verify order details, generate Air Waybill (AWB) numbers, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor shipment statuses and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, orders, and inventory for management review.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving order-related concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve workflows.
- Perform additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative support, order processing, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or inventory management systems is an advantage.
