Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to workshop and operations teams, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for key personnel, ensuring timely coordination and communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards in the workshop environment.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a workshop or operations setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management or workshop operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
