Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Provide executive support by managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and compliance records.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
