Responsibility
- Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and calendars for executives and teams.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide comprehensive HR assistance, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
- Support financial processes by assisting with expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative, office support, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and office management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
