Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational readiness.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Monitor and track office expenses, assisting with budget-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
