As a Departmental Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all facilities are well-managed. Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this position offers a competitive salary range of RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month and the chance to grow within a reputable international company.

Responsibility

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain hostel facilities, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment for staff.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the Administration Department in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Organize and maintain departmental records and databases.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
