As a Departmental Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all facilities are well-managed. Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this position offers a competitive salary range of RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month and the chance to grow within a reputable international company.
Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate and maintain hostel facilities, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment for staff.
- Assist in the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.
- Support the Administration Department in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Organize and maintain departmental records and databases.
- Assist in the planning and execution of departmental events and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
