Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on corporate receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue invoices and coordinate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile and record all corporate bank transactions in the company’s financial system.
- Compile and organize financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Assist in audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Monitor cash flow and flag potential issues to the finance team for proactive resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all financial records and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative, finance, or accounts receivable roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Highly organized with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
