Based in Badung, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, from managing communications and documentation to coordinating material collections and scheduling. Responsibility
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents for construction materials.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to schedule material collections, deliveries, and site visits.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels of office and construction supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of administrative queries.
- Support the preparation of progress reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project coordination or basic construction terminology is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or construction management software is a bonus.
