Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices, billing statements, and financial documentation using Autocount software.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify billing details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Utilize AWS and VB tools to automate and streamline administrative processes.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify billing inquiries and provide support.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, billing, or invoicing roles.
- Proficiency in Autocount accounting software is mandatory.
- Familiarity with AWS and VB is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a multinational or recruitment firm is a plus.
