Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases for easy retrieval of information
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expenses, and financial reports
- Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
