Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and teams across multiple Bali locations
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and facility coordination
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally and efficiently
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with high attention to detail
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company activities
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and employee records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with office management and basic bookkeeping is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with Bali's business environment is a bonus
