Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
