Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based leadership, ensuring smooth communication and operational support during evening shift hours (aligned with US time zones).
- Coordinate and prioritize leadership tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups to enhance team productivity.
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems, processes, and documentation to streamline leadership operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to leadership workflows.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration by acting as a liaison between leadership and other teams, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
- Organize and manage virtual meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and action item tracking.
- Contribute to team culture by fostering a positive, inclusive, and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or leadership assistance, preferably in an international or remote work setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with leadership and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a solutions-oriented mindset to address challenges.
- Experience working in evening shifts or flexible hours to accommodate US time zones.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, remote team.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
