Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining project files.
- Handle office paperwork, including data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment to support productivity.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of basic project management principles is a plus.
