Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the tech team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for team members and visitors.
  • Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
