Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.
- Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and documents.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and health and safety regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and budgeting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
