Responsibility

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including answering queries and routing calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as requested by management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and monitor procurement needs for seamless operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling for team meetings and help manage office calendars.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
