Responsibility
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring document accessibility and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and various other documents as required.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders and ensuring availability.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and project teams.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Oversee general office upkeep, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
