Responsibility
- Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Oversee billing and invoicing, including client and vendor transactions.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Maintain organized financial records, including receipts, contracts, and ledgers.
- Coordinate office operations, including procurement, inventory, and facility management.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial practices is a plus.
