Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office organization to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in a similar dual-function capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
