Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Support the accounting team with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless workflow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee record management.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts as needed.
- Provide general support to the management team as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or accounting roles.
