Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office organization.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and budgets in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Support in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
