Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office organization.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and budgets in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Support in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
