Responsibility

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of essential documents.
  • Draft, proofread, and format official correspondences, reports, and memos with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments while ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication.
  • Manage office supply inventories and coordinate procurement requests to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring professional redirection and resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and data entry tasks using office software and management tools.
  • Execute clerical tasks in compliance with Civil Service regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

  • Completion of at least two years of college studies or equivalent vocational/technical training.
  • Civil Service Eligibility (Sub-Professional or Professional) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative, clerical, or secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on time management and task prioritization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive records with integrity.
