Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and official communications for government departments.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for senior staff and officials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, procedures, and regulations in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of government administrative procedures and protocols is a plus.
