Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate office administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and supply management.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets as required.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Implement and improve administrative systems and procedures for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, or financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
