Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of dental supplies, equipment, and medical inventory using digital systems.
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.
- Generate monthly reports on inventory levels, expenditures, and budget variances.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare storage regulations and clinic safety protocols.
- Support ad-hoc accounting tasks, including expense tracking and petty cash management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse management or accounting support roles.
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in healthcare or dental clinics is a plus.
