Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards during all plant activities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock records and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of vessels and trucks, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule and track shipments, minimizing delays and optimizing efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, including daily logs, incident reports, and performance metrics.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of operational areas to uphold workplace safety and productivity.
- Support senior operations staff in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in operational environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by operational needs.
