Responsibility
- Manage and organize official documents, records, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of administrative reports, memos, and other official communications.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information dissemination.
- Handle data entry, filing, and retrieval of documents in compliance with government standards.
- Provide clerical support, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with municipal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of office systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the public and government offices, addressing inquiries and providing information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language (if applicable).
