Responsibility
- Manage daily office administration tasks including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate financial records and process accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget tracking
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Manage office inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies
- Assist with tax compliance and preparation of necessary documentation
- Provide administrative support to management as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Experience with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
