Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling lessons and managing faculty calendars.
- Handle invoicing and payment processing for students and parents.
- Communicate professionally with parents, students, and staff via email and phone.
- Maintain organized records of student enrollments, attendance, and payments.
- Support the preparation of reports and documents for school operations.
- Assist in coordinating events and recitals, ensuring smooth execution.
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and supply management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Education, or related fields).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
