Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the SEA General Manager and Commercial team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and communications with discretion.
- Manage and organize confidential documents, ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and security.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and technical setup.
- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and other administrative systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
