Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with basic HR and office management practices is a plus.
