Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and teams.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents with high attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Support HR-related activities, including onboarding, leave management, and employee records.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
