Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the shipping operations team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
