Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office correspondence to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations using accounting software.
  • Assist the audit team with preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting documents for client engagements.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • Prepare and process payroll, tax filings, and other compliance-related documents in accordance with local regulations.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and liaise with vendors for procurement as needed.
  • Support the audit team during fieldwork by organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or finance roles, preferably in an audit or professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies in financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
