Responsibility

  • Assist the Station Manager in auditing daily sales and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management review.
  • Support the front-line team by coordinating schedules, managing paperwork, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to facilitate timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or business is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial and inventory records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
