As an Admin Executive, you will act as a central hub of support for our operational and sales teams. You will handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, maintain comprehensive databases, and coordinate with logistics to guarantee that service standards are met consistently. Responsibility
- Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operations teams to ensure daily efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update internal databases, customer records, and filing systems systematically.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and stakeholders, redirecting them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in preparing weekly or monthly administrative and sales reports for management review.
- Manage office supplies, handle basic bookkeeping tasks, and assist in general office upkeep.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and documentation processes.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
