Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate regular reports and analyses to support business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
