Responsibility

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or HR software is a plus.
