Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or HR software is a plus.
