Responsibility
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Direct administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement and compliance with labor regulations.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations for cost-efficiency.
- Lead tax planning and ensure strict adherence to BIR and local government tax filing requirements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor administrative and accounting staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an integrated Accounting and Administrative management role.
- Proven expertise in Philippine tax laws, payroll processing, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
