Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and DNS/DHCP in enterprise environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity synchronization.
- Monitor and optimize AD and Entra ID performance, ensuring high availability and minimal latency.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for identity management, including RBAC, PIM, and compliance audits.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, or other scripting tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks and respond to identity-related incidents.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex AD/Entra ID issues, including replication, trust relationships, and authentication failures.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory (2016/2019/2022) and Windows Server administration.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity, Intune integration, and identity protection.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for AD/Entra ID automation and reporting.
- Experience with enterprise migration projects (e.g., AD to Entra ID, domain consolidations).
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk) and identity governance solutions.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or MCSE: Core Infrastructure are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
