Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings and schematics for ACMV and HVAC systems using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to integrate M&E systems seamlessly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings and revision logs.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and gather necessary data for drafting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and other project-related documents.
- Provide technical support to the engineering team and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, preferably in ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and their integration into building designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Bali.
