Responsibility
- Develop accurate ACMV and ducting shop drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.
- Create detailed coordination drawings to ensure clash-free integration with architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to produce precise drafts.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to refine designs and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to produce high-quality 2D and 3D models.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control for all project deliverables.
- Provide technical support during construction and installation phases as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV/ducting drafting or MEP design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software (BIM experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with ISO, ASHRAE, or local Indonesian standards for ACMV systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
