Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Receivables specialists, ensuring high productivity and accuracy in daily operations.
- Oversee the end-to-end AR process, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve cash flow for the Pioneer Account.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Customer Service) to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Generate and analyze AR aging reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and local/regional financial regulations.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated AR issues and client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of AR processes, collections, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with global clients or multinational companies is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
