Responsibility
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and minimize overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless AR operations.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to clarify payment terms and resolve issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus.
