Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations and growth.
- Mentor and train finance staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
