Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support tax planning and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multinational or fast-growing companies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
