Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming payments, ensuring accurate posting to customer accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable aging reports to minimize overdue balances.
- Prepare and send professional invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all financial transactions in the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and audits.
- Communicate proactively with clients to ensure timely payments and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Familiarity with GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
