Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments with internal teams and clients.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and payment issues.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Recommend improvements to AR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
