Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in optimizing financial performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions as needed.
- Support the implementation of accounting software and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
